Use the Crown Verity ZCV-8025-BI grease / water tray as a direct replacement for the one that came with select Crown Verity 30" built-in grills and tailgate grills. This tray helps reduce fire hazards while collecting grease for easy clean-up at the end of the night. A drain port allows you to quickly drain off the greasy water and replace it with fresh, clean water for the next shift.
