Customer Service Representative Responsibilities:

  • Be the customer-service ambassador for our showroom: supporting guests in-person, online, and by phone
  • Provide knowledgeable product recommendations and guide customers through their purchase
  • Manage customer orders: inventory checks, confirmations, shipping updates, and returns
  • Work closely with management & the warehouse team to resolve order discrepancies or delivery issues
  • Prioritize and track customer concerns, escalating as needed
  • Follow established fraud-prevention protocols
  • Deliver every interaction with friendliness, professionalism, and courtesy

Customer Service Representative Requirements:

  • Passion for BBQ, grilling, food, or a willingness to learn
  • Interest in hearth/interior products is an asset
  • Self-starter who is curious and is eager to research / learn about the products and services we offer.
  • 2+ years of sales or customer-service experience
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Strong Communications skills (verbal and written).
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office; Point-Of-Sale systems and Shopify experience are assets
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a positive attitude
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Team player with the ability to work independently
  • Highly accountable with a positive, “let’s make it happen” attitude
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. independently and up to 100 lbs. with a partner
  • Comfortable in a physically demanding, fast-paced environment
  • Bilingual (English & French) would be an asset.

HVAC Technician

 Location: Hamilton ON

 Job Type: Full Time

About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and reliable HVAC Technician to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience installing and servicing furnaces, air conditioners, and gas fireplaces. If you enjoy solving problems, take pride in quality workmanship, and deliver exceptional customer service, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Install, service, and maintain residential furnaces
  • Install, service, and maintain central air conditioning systems
  • Install, troubleshoot, and repair gas fireplaces
  • Perform diagnostics, safety checks, and system testing
  • Provide customers with clear explanations of work performed and recommendations
  • Maintain accurate records of service calls, installations, and parts used
  • Follow all safety protocols and Ontario fuel/gas regulations
  • Represent the company professionally on-site and in customer interactions

Required Qualifications:

  • G2 Gas Technician License (mandatory)
  • 313D Certificate of Qualification (mandatory)
  • Proven experience with:
    -- furnace installation and service
    -- air conditioner installation and service
    -- gas fireplace installation and service
  • Valid Ontario driver's license with clean driving record
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills

Assets / Nice to Have:

  • Experience installing and servicing heat pumps and ductless/mini-split systems
  • ODP/ODS certification
  • Additional HVAC-related licenses or training
