Warranty & Returns
Items received defective or damaged may be returned within 15 days for a full refund or exchange for the same product. Before returning a product to us you must obtain an RA (return authorization) number.
Used items will not be accepted for return or refund. Freight charges to return goods to us are your responsibility unless the item was shipped to you in error. Please contact us to verify warranties prior to purchasing or contact the supplier.
