The Genio Multi-Fuel Pizza Oven offers the convenience of cooking with gas or the authentic flavor of cooking with wood.

Designed for performance, our GeniusFlow oven chamber traps heat to create an even baking environment from floor to ceiling. Our ovens are ideal for searing meats, roasting vegetables, and of course, making pizza!

  • Wood or Gas - The Genio line of pizza ovens offers both a traditional wood burning model and 3 sizes of multi-fuel pizza ovens. The multi-fuel models are easily converted between wood burning and gas burning to offer both the authentic flavor of wood or convenience of gas.
  • Soapstone Floor - Genio's thick soapstone floor gives a consistent and reliable even heat for everything on your menu. Soapstone will also hold its heat longer than a regular fire bricks, giving you more cooking time from less fuel. So, go ahead and put that dessert casserole in while you're enjoying dinner.
  • GeniusFlow - Hearthstone's oven chamber has been smartly designed to retain heat longer than competitors. Instead of letting heat escape as soon as it's generated, our GeniusFlow design traps heat in the cooking area, keeping temperatures and cooking results consistent.
  • In Any Weather - Constructed out of Stainless Steel, the Genio was meant to play outdoors in all weather. Rain, snow and direct sun are no match for the superior Genio construction and performance.
  • Optional Rolling Base - If not installing on an outdoor counter-top, the Genio offers an optional rolling base with concealed storage area. The base has a pull-out side shelf and optional tool rack, the perfect all-in-one installation solution.
